  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content or attended live sessions.

Please note: Refunds will not be processed after the 7-day window or if substantial course content has been consumed.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Courses purchased on discount, sale, or as part of a bundle.
  • Subscription-based services after the billing cycle has started.
  • Completed courses or certifications.
  • Customized corporate training, consulting services, or one-on-one mentorship sessions.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Duplicate Payment

In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors, we will verify and process a full refund within 5 business days.
