  • Cancellation Policy: Learners can request cancellation of their training or course at any time within 7 days of their enrollment. We understand that circumstances may change, and we respect our learners’ decisions. all the courses will be auto-canceled if the payment is not made within 7 days of enrollment
  • Refund Policy:

a. 7 Days 100% Refund Guarantee: Upon subscribing to our long-term courses, learners are entitled to a full refund within the first seven days of their enrollment or sessions, without having to provide any justification or reason for cancellation. This ensures that learners have sufficient time to evaluate our training methods and make an informed decision.

b. Refunds After 7 Days: After the initial seven days, refunds may be provided on a prorated basis depending on the remaining duration of the course period. The amount refunded will be calculated based on the unused portion of the training course,

  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, learners need to contact our refund desk at upon receiving the request our refund team will check and validate the details and the same will be initiated We aim to process refund requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Exceptions to Refund Policy: Refunds may not be applicable in certain circumstances, such as:

Instances where services have been substantially rendered or completed.

Short-term courses less than 30 days duration

Violation of our terms of service or misuse of our services.

Cases of fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.

In case of EMI payment refund will be initiated against the received payment

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise requested by the customer. It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the learner’s account, depending on the payment provider.
